Define a Problem: Span blocks with cardstock
Constraints: Cardstock can't touch the table , best design = farthest blocks, support entire 8 1/2 by 11 inch card stock.
only materials in final design= 2 blocks and cardstock
Generate Ideas: Put the cardstock into another piece of cardstock.
Twist the paper together.
Develop a Solution: Twist two pieces of cardstock together and place it on the wooden blocks.
Evaluate the Solution: The solution was effective
the cardstock reached 46 inches
the cardstock stayed up and didn't touch the table.
Test Prototype: The testing was succesful
Present Solution: The paper bridge measured 46 inches when Mr.Graf measured it.
